Invincible Through God

I just read a powerful scripture this morning in Habakkuk 3:19 in the Amplified version.

“The Lord God is my Strength, my personal bravery, and my invincible army; He makes my feet like hinds feet and will make me to walk (not to stand still in terror, but to walk) and make (Spiritual) progress upon my high places (of trouble, suffering, or responsibility)!

I love this scripture in so many ways. First of all, I look at the spiritual in that I do have high places in my life at times. I believe I can safely say we all have had trouble, suffering, and or responsibility at least once in our lives. More than likely many more times than just once. Yet God tells us in this verse that He is our Strength. Not my own strength that fails, but He is my strength. Through Him I am brave. He is my invincible army. I love that word “invincible.” When those times of trouble come, those times of suffering, those extra burdens of responsibility that we thought we’d never have come, we can claim this verse as our own (because it is written for your benefit) that He will make your feet like hinds feet. What does that mean, “like hinds feet?” I looked up hind and it’s a red deer. I found video footage of this amazing creature. Take a look:

Perhaps this gives you an idea of why God uses the Hind as an example of how he will make our walk. No matter how rocky it was, this Hind could walk through and on these rocks with no problem at all. In our own lives, many times it will be very rocky too. We have Gods promise that He will cause us to walk through those rocky times like a Hind walks.

So next time you come upon troubles, know that God will see you through it and that you can be brave.

Inspiring you to have more Wealth and Riches in every area of your life,

Dexter
