Pillars of Remembrance

Gen 28: 18And Jacob rose up early in the morning, and took the stone that he had put for his pillows, and set it up for a pillar, and poured oil upon the top of it.

Since Jacob had set up that Pillar, he told everyone of the dream that God had given to him at that very spot. Whenever he or anyone else passed by that pillar they would remember what God did there.

I feel it’s important for us to set up our own “pillars” in what God has done for us also.

The following are some of my Pillars of Remembrance:

* At three tender age of 3 months, my blessings began. I was given for adoption to a beautiful married couple in their early 40’s. They raised me and treated me like they had birthed me themselves. I was indeed theirs. I was very blessed to have had them in my life.

* My dad saved me from accidentally hanging myself at about age 4 1/2. He arrived home early “just in time” to see my hanging on my slide with my jump rope! For sure the timing of God!

* In 1981 I came to know Jesus on a personal level.

What are some of your Pillars of Remembrance?

Set up something to remind yourself of the good things that have happened in your life.

Inspiring you to have more Wealth and Riches in every area of your life,

Dexter Black
